Barrio Inasal...where freshness is a first

Once you find your spot inside the restaurant you will right away get that homey feeling, knowing you can just be your self  and can enjoy your favorite food without limit. Some of the old time favorites at Barrio Inasal are the Grilled Managat, Grilled Squid, Sinigang Bulgan, Sinigang Lison, Spareribs and Baby Back Ribs. On top of the list is the famous Chicken Inasal, the Oprah Winfrey of the menu. Its popularity is never ceasing and Ilonggos applaud it without reservation. The Barrio Inasal flavor became popular by word of mouth. Anyone who has tasted the specialties of the restaurant will not be able to keep mum about it. When the huge piece of Crispy Pata landed on my table, it became the sweetest moment of my day. Its tenderness swiftly brought me back to my Lola’s own recipe, and the taste made each bite a worthy keepsake for the memory.

That should explain why until now I only point to one direction everytime somebody asks me where they can find the best tasting Cripsy Pata. One of the secrets to Barrio Inasal’s success is their dedication to freshness and quality. The proprietors make sure everything is new at the start of the day and has never failed since the day they opened the 100% Pinoy-style restaurant.

If you want to have Barrio Inasal’s new favorites, you can try the Sizzling Talaba, Lumpia Shanghai and Sotanghon Guisado. As a finale to your sumptuous meal, their Leche Flan or Buko Pandan should be a great thing to have before you take a bow.
