Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas wants the city placed under the control of Commission on Elections (Comelec). This after his four children and some supporters were allegedly harassed by a policeman allegedly assigned as security detail of former Justice Secretary and mayoralty candidate Raul Gonzalez Sr.
