Currently the subject of Pre-Charge Evaluation by the Regional Internal Affairs Service (RIAS), Rapiz is back anew to RIAS scrutiny. This, following the order of Chief Superintendent Isagani Cuevas, Police Regional Office (PRO) 6 Director.
