Capiz solon rehabs typhoon damaged infra in province

ROXAS CITY – Second District Representative Fredenil H. Castro, through his Countryside Development Fund, is currently rehabilitating river control, infrastructure and national highways as they were badly damaged by typhoon Frank last June 21. The typhoon caused flash floods and landslides in several towns of the 2nd district of Capiz.
