A distinctly Brazilian experience from Havaianas

The lure of sun and air accompanied by the blooming pulse of Brazilian rhythms proved to be a big draw for those who wanted a taste of Havaianas' distinctly South American roots.
Held recently, The Havaianas Free Kick bannered the brand's heritage to give Havaianaticos a chance to experience on one of the most potent symbols of Brazilian culture: football.
Tapping into their inner Ronaldinhos, guests eagerly lined up to get it on some football action goaded by maddeningly catchy beat of the bateria. Participants, were also able to check out the brand's extensive men's line as they waited their turn; and of course, anyone who has game enough to don the bright yellow and green football jersey and score goal was able to bring home premium Havaianas merchandise and get their picture taken as a keepsake.

And despite the fact that the Saturday activity was a male-dominated sports event attended by both hard-core jocks and avid spectators, the call of Havaianas shopping and freebies drew girls in by the droves. Lines snaked grew well into the evening, with a live band closing the event with a fiery performance that gave everyone a definitive taste of Brazil.
