Cultural artist to head Binirayan 2005

Alex de los Santos , a writer, theater artist, stage director, NGO and NCCEd executive director, is appointed executive director to spearhead preparations for Binirayan Festival 2005. He has been with the Binirayan Execom since year 2001.

A Master of Education degree holder from the U.P., de los Santos is concurrently the Executive Director of Paranubliun Antique, a trailblazer NGO in cultural work in Antique. He also sits in the National Commission for Culture and the Arts on Cultural Education.

He has extensive experience as events organizer as culture and arts officer of the Cultural Center of the Philippines and Nayong Pilipino and as Ticketcharge of Bankard that produces the International Artists series. He has had extensive experience on the prestigious Lin-ay Kang Antique and directed various plays on stage in various schools and communities and corporate events. He is currently editor of various publications of Paranublion Antique.
