2nd Iloilo Jetski Competition a success

The 2nd Iloilo Jetski Competition organized by the JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang and Barotac Nuevo Tamasak last January 22, 2005 was an overwhelming success. Various jetski enthusiasts from the region participated in the competition held last January 22, 2005.

Prior to the competition, a motorcade was held at 8 a.m. of January 15, 2005 from Barbecue Park , Diversion Road to Villa Regatta. The awarding ceremony of the Jetski competition was held in

the evening of January 22 at Tivoli Disco Bar, Amigo Terrace Hotel after the MIDJ and Barotac Nuevo Tamasak Induction ceremony. Winners of the Jetski competition were the following; 800 and below: Simon Gemora (1st place), Boy Javier (2nd place) and Dado Tanco (3rd place), 800 and above: Cedric

Loring (1 st place), Simon Gemora (2nd place) and Manny Macasinag (3rd place), Open category: Cedric

Loring (1st place), Manny Macasinag (2nd place) and Gus Banusing (3rd place). Winners received cash prizes plus trophies and certificates.
